Welcome to FraudNET

FraudNET is a vital part of the DCMA Office of the General Counsel. It operates as an automated means to report unclassified contractor fraud or corruption allegations. Upon receipt, all allegations are reviewed and, if appropriate, are referred to a cognizant investigative agency and/or Office of Inspector General.

The FraudNET form allows those with anonymity concerns to:

  • provide anonymous reports and/or
  • provide contact information but request that identifying information be protected through the investigative process

Confidentiality Policy: FraudNET honors requests for confidentiality and will not release identifying information unless required by subpoena. Further, DCMA IT policy prevents researching the identity of any user submitting information via this application. Due to this policy, DCMA cannot provide follow-up on the status of referrals submitted anonymously. As such, upon submittal, please provide as much information and documentary evidence as possible.
